- Deliver high quality vertically integrated general practice training across the Sturt Fleurieu region that promotes professionalism, competency and safe practice in collaboration with other relevant organisations.
- Develop a training program which is adaptable for registrars and supervisors without compromising quality or the ability of registrars to achieve fellowship.
- Plan and market to achieve high demand for the courses SF offers.
- Monitor and add value to regional capacity to deliver training at all levels.
- Grow the use of innovative models of program delivery which recognises the changing face of general practice, registrars, supervisors and the community.
- Encourage regional capacity to develop new projects.
- Deliver high quality outcomes within available resources and manage the organisation responsibly.
- Ensure key clients and interest groups understand training and are satisfied with SFGPET outcomes.
